Using the LD8025, LD8050 & LD8100 label dispensers

The LD8025, LD8050 and LD8100 are designed for the automatic and rapid distribution of long self-adhesive labels at production, packaging and logistics stations.

Thanks to their photoelectric detection cell, they automatically present the next label as soon as the previous one is removed.

Starting up and loading the reel

Installing the dispenser is simple:

1. Install the label roll onto the support rod, orienting the unwinding direction towards the rear.

2. Secure the spool using the retaining hubs

3. pass the label strip through the metal guide bars

4. guide the strip under the adjustable brake brush

5. separate the first label from the liner

6. direct the backing film towards the rewinder

7. Secure the liner using the locking rod.

8. Next, adjust the photoelectric detection cell to define the recovery height.

9. Adjust the brake brush to regulate the unwinding tension.

10. Plug in the device and turn on the switch.

The dispenser is then ready to operate.

Label application

Once the device is installed and powered on:

1. Turn on the device using the ON/OFF switch

2. A first label is automatically distributed.

3. grasp the label shown from the top to apply it to the product

4. As soon as the label is removed, the next one appears automatically.

This system allows for continuous and rapid distribution, ideal for repetitive labeling operations.

Maintenance and cleaning
