DERFI supports businesses with the maintenance and repair of their industrial machines. Work covers equipment sold by DERFI as well as certain models from other suppliers, after our team has confirmed that they can be serviced.
Carried out in our workshop, maintenance work can be requested on an ad hoc basis or arranged under a contract tailored to the machine fleet. The aim is to keep equipment operating, anticipate interventions more effectively and minimise the impact of breakdowns on production.

DERFI maintains equipment, diagnoses faults and carries out repairs where technically feasible.
Depending on the machine and its condition, our team can carry out :

Preventive maintenance helps identify signs of wear before a breakdown occurs. Corrective maintenance is carried out when a fault disrupts or prevents use of the equipment.

For businesses with several machines, DERFI can organise maintenance in successive batches. This allows the customer to keep part of the fleet operating while the other machines are serviced in our workshop.

Under this service, the average workshop turnaround time is 48 hours between receiving and dispatching the machine.
This timeframe is indicative and does not include transport. It may vary depending on the complexity of the fault and the availability of the parts required.

DERFI assesses your equipment
After receipt, our technical team checks the machine and investigates the cause of the fault. A detailed quote is then sent to you with an estimate of the costs and time required for reconditioning.
The quote is provided before the repair is carried out. Functional tests are performed after the work and before the machine is dispatched.
