What our warranty covers
12-month warranty: Each machine purchased from DERFI comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing or material defects that may affect the proper functioning of the equipment.
What the warranty does not cover
Common wear parts: Parts subject to normal wear over time, such as blades and silicone drive rollers, are not covered by our warranty. These parts will need to be maintained and replaced as necessary to ensure the proper functioning of your machines.
