Using the LD3500 automatic label dispenser
The LD3500 is designed for the automatic and rapid dispensing of small transparent labels at production, packaging, and logistics stations. Thanks to its photoelectric detection cell, it automatically presents the next label as soon as the previous one is removed.
Label application
Once the device is installed and powered on:
Turn on the device using the ON/OFF switch
A first label is automatically distributed.
Grab the label shown to apply it to the product
As soon as the label is removed, the next one appears automatically.
This system allows for continuous and rapid distribution, ideal for repetitive labeling operations.
Starting up and loading the reel
Installing the dispenser is simple:
Plug the LD3500 into the mains.
Place the label roll onto the core with the unwinding direction facing upwards.
Pass the label strip under the adjustable pressure brush
Remove the first few labels to obtain a single length of liner
wind the liner around the recovery winder
Secure the liner using the metal locking rod
Adjust the pressure brush to regulate the unwinding tension.
Adjust the photoelectric detection cell according to the length of the labels
Next, activate the ON/OFF switch
The dispenser is then ready to operate.
