Use of DU25, DU45 & DU60

The DU25/45/60 are designed for the automatic dispensing of roll labels at production, packaging, and logistics stations. Once the roll is installed, the device automatically presents the next label as soon as the previous one is removed.

Setting up and loading the reel

1. Place the spool on the hub with the unwinding direction upwards

2. Tighten the knob on the rear rod to secure the spool

3. Cut off the ends of the labels and the liner

4. Pass the belt under the first drive roller

5. Position the strip between the metal washers of the second roll

6. Separate the first label from its liner, then pass the label under the last roller, between it and the recovery surface.

7. Guide the liner towards the lower reel and secure it with the retaining rod.

8. The dispenser is ready

Using the label dispenser

1. Plug in the device and then turn it on with the ON/OFF button.

2. Retrieve the first label: the next one will appear automatically.

3. Adjust the mechanical probe to set the stroke and adapt to the length of the labels

Adjustment and maintenance

• Reduced maintenance thanks to mechanical operation

• Regularly check that the liner is properly guided and rewound.
