Using the DS2×25 manual reel

The DS2×25 is designed for the simultaneous and safe dispensing and cutting of two single-sided adhesive tapes at packaging, wiring, and production stations. Thanks to its secure cutting system, it allows for simple and reliable use, even under heavy-duty conditions.

Setting up and loading the reels

Installing the reel is quick and easy.

Mounting with included clamp:

1. Position the DS2×25 at the edge of a table or workbench

2. Secure the reel using the clamp provided in the designated locations.

3. Install the two spools onto their respective hubs on a 76 mm chuck.

4. unroll the strips up to the cutting area

Use with optional heavy sole:

1. Place the reel on a flat surface

2. install the spools onto the hubs

3. unroll the strips up to the cutting blade

Applying the adhesive tape

Once the coils are installed:

1. grasp the end of the desired adhesive tape

2. pull the strip towards the cutting area

3. Position the adhesive at the level of the secure cutting blade

4. perform the cutting with a simple gesture

The reel is then ready for immediate use.
