Using the BD50-HE & BD50-HE-2R Tabletop Dispensers

The BD50-HE and BD50-HE-2R are designed for dispensing single-sided adhesive tapes up to 50 mm wide for the HE model or 2 × 25 mm wide for the HE-2R model. Thanks to their integrated heavy base, they offer excellent stability without the need for fixing, making them ideal for packaging and production workstations.

Setting up and loading the reels

Installation is quick and intuitive:

1. No fixing is necessary thanks to the heavy sole

2. Remove the detachable hub and install the spool on the 76 mm chuck.

3. For the 2R version, place each roller on its respective hub.

4. orient the reels for unwinding from the top

5. bring the end of the tape up to the cutting line

Applying the adhesive tape

Once the coil(s) are installed:

1. grasp the end of the desired ribbon

2. pull it up to the cutting line located opposite the spool

3. pull the adhesive back against the serrated carbon steel blade

4. perform the cut with a simple downward motion

The reel is immediately ready for use.
