Preset length mode

The ZCM0800 allows automatic cutting to a fixed length thanks to a program selector.

The user can choose between three predefined lengths:

• 30 mm

• 45 mm

• 90 mm

Once the length is selected, the dispenser automatically dispenses a piece of tape. After each retrieval, a new piece is automatically presented, ensuring a consistent rate and significant time savings.

Continuous scrolling mode

For specific needs or non-standard lengths, the ZCM0800 has a continuous unwind button.

1. press and hold the oval button located on the front of the device

2. let the tape unwind continuously

3. release the pressure to interrupt the distribution

The cutting is done manually by gently guiding the ribbon downwards, in contact with the integrated serrated blade.

Starting up and loading the reel

Installing the ZCM0800 automatic hose reel is quick and easy:

1. Plug the device into a power outlet or insert the batteries, depending on the version chosen.

2. Remove the detachable hub and install the adhesive reel.

3. check that the tape is oriented so that it unwinds from the top

4. Peel back the end of the tape and insert it between the metal drive rollers.

5. Press the ADVANCE button to advance the tape through the cassette.

The reel is then ready to be used.

Maintenance and cleaning
