The TDA080-NS-LF and TDA150-NS-LF are designed for the automatic and secure dispensing of technical tapes at production, fastening, packaging, and assembly stations. Their intuitive operation allows for quick implementation and use adapted to different work rhythms.

Power on

To start the device:

1. turn on the ON/OFF switch located on the dispenser

2. turn the device on

Inserting the roll of ribbon

1. Insert the roll of adhesive tape into the removable roll holder

2. It is possible to install up to two rollers simultaneously if necessary.

3. orient the end of the ribbon towards the feed rollers

Loading the ribbon

1. Place the end of the ribbon between the two feed rollers.

2. Press the ADVANCE key to advance the ribbon

3. position the ribbon correctly in the system

This step secures the ribbon and prepares the dispenser for dispensing.

Operating mode selection

Once the ribbon is loaded, select the usage mode appropriate for your application:

• Manual mode: the operator manually controls the unwinding and cutting

• Semi-automatic mode: dispensing is triggered manually, cutting is done automatically

• Automatic mode: the ribbon length is programmed via digital adjustment; dispensing and cutting are fully automated.
