The RT120W is a programmable industrial automatic tape dispenser, specifically designed for the precise, fast, and safe cutting of wide adhesive and non-adhesive tapes, up to 120 mm. From the same range as the RT7700, it is intended for professional environments requiring power, flexibility, and consistency, while ensuring excellent operator comfort.

Starting up and loading the reel

Installing the hose reel is simple:

1. Connect the RT120W to a 250V/50Hz mains socket using the supplied cable.

2. Turn the device on using the ON/OFF switch located at the rear.

3. Install the spool with the sticky side facing down, passing it under the metal rod

4. hold the reel in position using the retaining flanges

5. Adjust the centering with the knob located on the right side

6. Insert the end of the ribbon between the drive rollers

7. Press the FWD key to advance the ribbon

8. Press START to perform the first cut

The reel is then ready to operate.

Programming

The RT120W allows you to adjust:

• cutting length

• the memorized program

• the number of cuts

• automatic or semi-automatic mode

• the unwinding speed

Programs A to F allow you to memorize up to 6 different lengths.

Operating modes

The RT120W can operate in several modes:

Semi-automatic mode

1. Check that the blue LED is off.

3. Press START for each cut

This mode offers total control over the distribution of the ribbons.

Automatic mode

1. Press AUTO / MANU until the blue LED lights up

2. select a saved program

3. retrieve the ribbon shown

Thanks to the photoelectric detection cell, a new piece is automatically dispensed after each retrieval.

P-Mode

The P-Mode allows you to define a precise number of cuts, from 1 to 999 pieces.

1. select a program A to F

2. Keep SELECT until LCON is displayed

3. Press SELECT again until the letter P appears

4. Adjust the number of cuts with + / –

L-Model

L-Mode is a continuous cutting mode for non-adhesive tapes.

2. Keep SELECT until LCON is displayed

3. Adjust the number of cuts with + / –

4. Press START to stop the cutting

Maintenance and upkeep

Maintenance of the RT120W must be carried out by a qualified professional.

It is recommended to:

• clean the blades with a suitable solvent
