General presentation

The RLT7700 is an ingenious automatic dispenser designed for the quick and precise retrieval of lengths of double-sided or single-sided tape with a protective film. It combines automatic cutting and liner separation functions to significantly reduce the workload for the industrial operator.

Setting up and loading the reel

Installing the hose reel is simple:

1. Do not plug in the device immediately.
2. place the spool on the hub of the upper structure
3. orient the roll for proper unwinding
4. guide the adhesive film over the first drive roller
5. separate the adhesive part from its backing paper
6. guide the adhesive strip towards the rollers of the RT7000 / RT7700
7. wind the liner onto the winder provided for this purpose.

Getting Started

Once the reel is loaded:

1. plug the device into the mains
2. Turn the machine on using the ON/OFF switch
3. slide the adhesive strip between the rollers
4. close the retaining cover
5. Press FWD to advance the tape
6. Press START to perform the first cut

The reel is then ready to operate.

Programming

The RLT7700 allows you to adjust:

• cutting length
• the memorized program
• automatic or semi-automatic mode
• the number of cuts to be made

Programs A to F allow you to memorize up to 6 different lengths.
