Multi-track dispensers

A multi-track dispenser is a mechanical device that allows the installation of several rolls of adhesive labels at the same workstation. Each reel occupies a distinct track so that the operator can quickly access different labels without continuously replacing the rolls. It operates without electrical power.

A multi-track dispenser facilitates the use of multiple references, formats, or colours of labels during the same operation. It reduces roll changes, improves workstation organisation, and keeps the necessary labels directly at hand. It is particularly suitable for production, packaging, and logistics activities.

A single-track dispenser accommodates only one roll of labels at a time. A multi-track model allows the installation of several reels simultaneously on the same equipment. The single-track is suitable for workstations primarily using a single reference, while the multi-track is better suited for operations requiring several different labels.

The number of rolls depends on the model and the width of each reel. The DMR280 can accommodate up to five reels simultaneously thanks to its adjustable separators. However, the total width of the installed rolls must not exceed the maximum capacity of the dispenser.

Yes. It is possible to use multiple sizes, shapes or types of labels, provided that each reel is compatible with the capabilities of the dispenser. The separators allow for the organisation of the rolls and adjustment of their position. The total width, the diameter of the reels and the quality of separation of the liner must also be checked.

The reels are installed on the support and then separated using guides. When the operator pulls on the liner of a track, it changes direction at the peeling system. The label then separates from its backing and is presented ready to be picked up and applied manually.

One must consider the number of rolls needed, their width, their outer diameter and the diameter of their core. It is also important to check the total available width, the space at the workstation and the desired installation method.
