Using the BD50-2R & BD100-4R Tabletop Dispensers

The BD50-2R and BD100-4R are designed for the simultaneous dispensing of 2 or 4 single-sided adhesive tapes up to 25 mm wide. Each roll rotates independently, allowing for smooth and organized use at packaging, identification, or production stations.

Setting up and loading the reels

Installation is simple:

1. Secure the reel to a table or workbench using screws or double-sided adhesive if necessary.
2. Remove the detachable hubs and place the spools (76 mm chuck).
3. Orient the rollers for unrolling from the top.
4. Replace the hubs on their respective supports.
5. Bring each end of the ribbon up to the cutting line.

Applying the adhesive tape

Once the coils are installed:

1. Grasp the desired end of the ribbon.
2. Pull it up to the cutting line located opposite the corresponding spool.
3. Bring the adhesive back against the serrated carbon steel blade.
4. Make the cut with a simple downward motion.

The reel is ready to operate immediately.
