Thin double-sided adhesive tapes

A thin double-sided adhesive tape is a fastening solution that has a sticky surface on both sides and a low thickness. A thin double-sided adhesive tape is mainly recommended for smooth, flat or lightly structured surfaces. It compensates little for dips and significant defects. For a rough, uneven surface or one with level differences, a more conformable double-sided tape or foam tape may be preferable.

A permanent double-sided adhesive tape is designed to ensure a durable bond after application. A repositionable double-sided tape allows for easier adjustment of the piece's position during installation or for creating a temporary assembly, depending on the product. The choice depends on the duration of the bond and the need to correct or dismantle the assembly.
