Dispensers with liner collector

A label dispenser with liner rewind is an electronic machine that automatically peels and presents each label to the operator. The remaining protective backing is simultaneously rewound onto a dedicated shaft. The next label is thus ready to be picked up, while the liner remains properly gathered in the machine.

During dispensing, the label roll advances to a peeling plate that separates the label from its backing. The liner then continues its path to the rewinding system. After the presented label is removed, the machine advances the roll and automatically repeats the cycle.

The rewinder prevents the protective backing from accumulating on the floor or work surface. It facilitates the flow of operations, limits handling, and keeps the labeling station better organized. This solution is particularly suited for repetitive applications in industry, logistics, packaging, and order preparation.

It depends on the detection system used. Opaque labels can generally be detected by a standard photoelectric cell. Transparent labels often require a specific sensor or probe. Some models are versatile, but their compatibility must be checked with the material, thickness, and liner of the labels.

You need to check the width and length of the labels, the outer diameter of the reel, the inner diameter of the core, and the winding direction. The choice also depends on the desired speed, the type of detection, the width of the liner, and any necessary functions, such as counting or dispensing from multiple rolls.
