Machines with liner recovery

In an effort to best meet the needs of its clients, DERFI adhesive tape dispensers can be equipped with a protective film recovery system. Our equipment allows the operator to recover only the adhesive part of an adhesive tape. These solutions can be manual or motorized. 

For example, it is possible to unwind only the sticky part of our copper tape. Single-sided tapes with a liner up to 50 mm in width can be unwound with the RLT7000 or our TDA080LR.  

Our equipment also allows for the peeling and presentation of label rolls automatically.  

The LD6050 accommodates labels presented in width while the LDX8050 is suitable for labels presented in length. Some equipment like the DU or the LD3000 is very compact equipment, allowing for the distribution of small labels. 

It is also possible to distribute labels with manual and low-cost equipment with solutions such as the DBB or the DMB.  

These solutions facilitate the operator's work in peeling labels for application on supports, objects, or even bottles and other cylindrical containers, as is possible with the LAB01 or our most versatile product.  

The double-sided pads with protectors also work with our automatic and manual labelers.
