Non-stick performance, sliding and tool protection

Choose the PTFE tape according to the contact area

Requirements vary depending on the environment: non-stick performance on hot bars, sliding on rails, protection of surfaces exposed to abrasion, reduction of friction or improved consistency at a production workstation.

Covering heat-sealing bars

Heat-sealing bars can accumulate residues from plastic films or heated materials. PTFE creates a non-stick surface that limits sticking and helps materials pass over hot areas.

Protection of tools exposed to heat and abrasion

Some industrial tooling used in the automotive sector is exposed to heat, friction, abrasion or material deposits. PTFE tapes and PTFE-coated glass fabrics help protect these surfaces.
