Four operating modes

Semi-automatic mode

In semi-automatic mode:

• The operator presses ADVANCE to advance the tape

• The cutting is done automatically when the button is released.

Automatic mode

In automatic mode:

• The cutting length is defined via the digital setting

• simply remove the first strip

• The following ones are automatically delivered and cut.

This mode guarantees:

• perfect repeatability

• better standardization of lengths

Automatic mode with time intervals

This differentiating feature allows a time interval to be defined between each distribution.

The dispenser automatically delivers a piece of tape at each programmed interval, for example:

• 10 seconds

• 15 seconds

• 20 seconds

This mode allows the operator to perform other tasks simultaneously and is particularly suitable for multi-operation workstations.

Cutting precision

The TDA080 and TDA150 ensure a cutting accuracy of ± 1 mm, which varies depending on the type of tape used.

Using the TDA080 & TDA150 Automatic Tape Dispenser

The TDA080 and TDA150 are designed for the automatic and secure dispensing of adhesive tapes at production, packaging, and assembly stations. Their intuitive operation allows for quick implementation and use adapted to different work rhythms.

Power on

To start the device:

1. turn on the ON/OFF switch located on the dispenser

2. turn the device on

Inserting the roll of ribbon

1. Insert the roll of adhesive tape into the removable roll holder

2. It is possible to install up to two rollers simultaneously if necessary.

3. orient the end of the ribbon towards the feed rollers

Loading the ribbon

1. Place the end of the ribbon between the two feed rollers.

2. Press the ADVANCE key to advance the ribbon

3. position the ribbon correctly in the system

This step prepares the dispenser for distribution.

Operating mode selection

Once the ribbon is loaded, select the appropriate operating mode:

• manual mode

• semi-automatic mode

• automatic mode

• automatic mode with time intervals

Distribution process

Manual mode

1. Press ADVANCE to advance the ribbon

2. Press CUT to perform the cut

Semi-automatic mode

1. Press ADVANCE to advance the ribbon

2. release the key

3. the cutting is done automatically

Automatic mode

1. adjust to the desired length

2. retrieve the first ribbon

3. the following ones are automatically distributed with the same length

Interval Mode

1. set the desired interval

2. The dispenser automatically delivers the ribbons at the programmed times.

Extinction

Once the operation is complete:

1. Set the ON/OFF switch to OFF

2. turn off the distributor
