The LDX6025, LDX6050, and LDX6100 are automatic label dispensers designed for the rapid dispensing of opaque self-adhesive labels in industrial environments. Thanks to their photoelectric detection cell, they automatically separate the label from its liner and present the next one to the operator.

The LDX6025, LDX6050, and LDX6100 are distinguished by their dispensing speeds: 5.1 cm/s, 10 cm/s, and 19.9 cm/s, allowing them to adapt to different production rates. Made of anodized aluminum, they offer robustness and reliability for intensive use.

These high-speed automatic label dispensers are designed for opaque roll labels and accept rolls up to 178 mm wide. Their automatic liner separation, adjustable pressure brush, and industrial design make them an ideal solution for high-volume labeling applications.

Using the LDX6025, LDX6050 & LDX6100 automatic label dispensers

The LDX6025, LDX6050, and LDX6100 are designed for the automatic dispensing of opaque self-adhesive labels on rolls in production, packaging, and logistics environments. Their simple operation allows for quick setup and smooth use in industrial settings.

Starting up and loading the reel

Installing the dispenser is simple:

  1. plug the device into the mains

  2. place the spool on the hub provided for this purpose

  3. Position the spool so that it unwinds from the top

  4. Slide the guide bar to the end of the spool and tighten the knob.

  5. grasp the label strip and guide it under the tension brush

  6. tighten the liner by raising the hub

  7. detach the first label from the interleaving film

  8. guide the liner under the recovery surface so that it makes a half turn

  9. place the interleaving film on the recovery roll

  10. Secure the liner strip with the locking rod provided.

  11. Next, adjust the locking key located on the brush.

  12. Finally, adjust the pouring pressure with the metal knob on the brush.

  13. Position the photoelectric detection cell to determine the distribution length

The device is then ready for use.

Label application

To use the vending machine:

  1. Turn on the device's power supply using the ON/OFF button

  2. allow an initial distribution to occur automatically

  3. retrieve the piece of label shown

  4. Let the machine automatically dispense the next one after it is picked

This system allows for continuous, fast and regular distribution, ideal for repetitive operations.

Maintenance and cleaning

The LDX6025, LDX6050 and LDX6100 require very little maintenance.

It is simply advisable to:
