The TBC50-HX is an industrial cutting machine designed for hot cutting of non-adhesive materials, with the particularity of allowing straight cutting or angular cutting.

Thanks to its double knife system (straight and angled) made of HSS high-speed steel, it allows for clean cuts while sealing the ends of materials to prevent fraying.

Straight cut or oblique cut

The TBC50-HX allows for two types of cuts:

Starting up and loading the reel

To use the machine:

1. Plug in the power supply and turn on the machine.

2. Adjust the blade temperature

3. Install the reel on the unwind bar

4. Pass the strip between the guides and the rollers

5. Program the length and quantity of cut

The cutting process then starts automatically.

Handling heated blades requires precautions.
