The TBC50-H is an industrial machine designed for hot cutting of non-adhesive materials. It allows for clean and precise cuts while sealing the edges of the materials, thus preventing fraying.

Starting up and loading the reel

To use the machine:

1. Plug in the machine and turn it on

2. Adjust the blade temperature

3. Install the reel on the unwind bar

4. Orient the reel for unwinding from the top

5. Pass the tape between the guides and the rollers

Once the machine is configured, programming can begin.

Programming

The machine allows you to adjust:

• the cutting length (LENGTH)

• the quantity of pieces (Q’TY)

After validation of the parameters, the cutting starts automatically with the START button.

Interview

Handling heating blades and mechanical components requires precautions.

It is recommended to entrust the maintenance of the machine to the DERFI maintenance service in order to guarantee the safety and proper functioning of the device.
