Start-Up and Loading the Roll:

To start your RT7700B industrial tape dispenser, ensure that the battery is fully charged and connect the device to a power source. Turn it on by pressing the ON/OFF button located at the back of the device.

Next, insert your adhesive roll by lifting the flap and ensuring that the sticky side is facing down. Adjust the width of the roll holder according to your tape’s thickness using the gauge on the right side. Slide the tape between the rollers and close the cover to secure it. Press the “FWD” button to advance the tape, and then “START” to cut it. Your RT7700B is now ready for use.

Programming:

The RT7700B can store up to 6 different tape lengths, programmable from A to F. To save your measurements, select a program by pressing “SELECT” and adjust the length with the “+/-” buttons. You can switch between semi-automatic and automatic modes using the “AUTO/MANU” button.

Using 2 Rolls Simultaneously:

To use two rolls at the same time, attach the detachable separator under the dispenser and install it below the adhesive roll area. Each roll should not exceed 24 mm in width when in dual-track mode.

Maintenance and Cleaning:

Maintenance should be performed by a professional, but you can clean the blades with a solvent and apply silicone oil underneath the device to maintain smooth cutting.
