Installation and Loading of Rolls on the DSH25LF+
Place your double-sided or single-sided adhesive roll with liner onto the designated hub.
Ensure that the adhesive roll’s exit is positioned on top of the roll. Then, guide your tape towards the first drive roller
At this stage, separate the adhesive tape from the protective liner. Take the blank liner and wrap it around the first drive roller.
Next, secure the liner film onto the roller using the designated slot
Then, take the adhesive tape and guide it towards the rubber roller.
Pass the adhesive under this roller and bring it back to the serrated blade.
Finally, tighten the adjustable brakes located on the drive rollers. Your DSH is now ready for use.
