What our warranty covers

- 12-Month Warranty : Every machine purchased from DERFI comes with a 12-month warranty starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or material faults that may affect the proper functioning of the equipment.
What the warranty does not cover

- Wear-and-tear parts : Parts subject to normal wear and tear over time, such as blades and silicone drive rollers, are not covered by our warranty. These parts must be maintained and replaced as needed to ensure the proper functioning of your machines.
