The DU25/45/60CD label dispenser simplifies and accelerates the distribution process, providing the operator with ready-to-use labels through a mechanism that automatically removes them from their liner. Each label removed is instantly replaced by the next one, facilitated by a liner recovery system via an integrated rewinder.

This model requires minimal interaction and is designed for one-handed operation, enabling effortless, autonomous, and continuous functioning until the end of the roll. Equipped with an adjustable detection cell, it ensures consistent dispensing, freeing the operator from repetitive handling.

Lightweight and easy to transport, the DU25/45/60CD can be moved from one workstation to another as needed. Its design features stabilizing flanges at the hub, ensuring perfect retention of the roll throughout the dispensing process.

Installation and Loading of the Roll

The installation of the industrial label dispenser DU25/45/60CD is simple and quick.

First, place the roll onto the hub, ensuring that the unwinding is facing upward. Tighten the knob located at the back to securely hold the roll in place. Next, cut the end of the label and the liner, then slide the tape under the first drive roller. Insert the adhesive tape between the metal washers of the second roller. Separate the first label from the liner and pass the sticker under the last roller, up to the recovery surface. Finally, guide the liner towards the lower rewinder and secure it using the holding rod.

Operation of the Label Dispenser

After plugging in the DU25/45/60CD, press the ON/OFF button to activate it. Remove the first label, and the dispenser will automatically prepare the next one. The adjustable detection cell allows for the length of each label to be adjusted to meet production needs.
