This TBC50-HX hot cutting machine for non-adhesive materials, part of the TBC50-H range, is distinguished by its hot cutting capability and curved blade, allowing for both straight and angled cuts. This machine is designed for narrower rolls, up to 45 mm for straight cuts and 30 mm for angled cuts.
Thanks to its heated blade, it can work with a wide variety of materials such as sleeves, tapes, Velcro®, strapping, cords, and much more.

Description
The TBC50 HX automatic hot cutting machine is equipped with a hot knife and a high-speed steel (HSS) curved knife for precise straight or angled cuts of small non-adhesive ribbons, without the need for additional tools. A cutting guard is included for enhanced safety.
After cutting, this machine automatically seals the ends of the materials, preventing fraying for a clean cut.
It automatically shuts off once the material roll is depleted, freeing operators from the constant monitoring of the machine.
For thinner materials and smooth surfaces, the pressure applied to the ribbon can be adjusted for optimal stability and maximum cutting accuracy.

The cutting length, which is adjustable, remains similar: from 15 to 9,999 mm. This feature adapts to a wide range of uses and industrial productions. The cutting rate is perfectly suited for intensive activities, with nearly 140 pieces being unwound and cut per minute
Furthermore, with easily adjustable temperature and pressure settings for thin and smooth materials, this hot cutter is capable of unwinding all kinds of materials : sleeves, tapes, non-adhesive films such as Velcro®, strapping, ropes, etc

Application

The TBC50-HX automatic unwinder and hot cutter for non-adhesive materials provides an efficient solution for the precise cutting of various materials such as adhesive tapes and small straps.
Starting Up and Loading the Reel :
To begin, plug in the TBC50-HX power supply and turn on the machine. Then, set the desired temperature and wait a few minutes for the machine to reach optimal temperature.
Before turning it off, ensure to reset the temperature to 0°C and run the fan for 10 minutes for proper cooling.
Loading the Reel :
Place the reel around the metal unwinding bar, ensuring that the unwinding occurs smoothly from the top. Insert the tape between the designated guides and tighten the knobs to guide the tape toward the pressure roller. Use the dedicated buttons to adjust the cutting length and quantity according to your specific needs. Finally, press START to initiate the cutting process.
