This device for labelling round bottles is the ideal accessory for brewers, winegrowers, beekeepers and other craftsmen wishing to optimize the labelling of cylindrical containers.
The DTB26S crank-operated label dispenser is designed for the application of labels on jars, specifically for small artisanal productions. Mostly used by brewers who label their beer bottles, or beekeepers wishing to apply labels onto their honey jars, this cylindrical container labelling solution will not only save time but also allows for a professional finish in terms of labelling **. This device is also widely used by winegrowers and artisanal cider makers to ensure neatness and the consistent application of labels onto bottles. Once the **roll of labels is loaded into the device, it is then very easy to always apply the label in the same place on the bottle resulting in a more professional finish.
This label applicator for jars is therefore ideal for the fast and accurate application of product and identification labels. Just like with our LAB01 the labels are applied neatly without bubbles or folds, which gives the finished products a very professional appearance and considerably increases time savings when applying adhesive labels. Once the roll of adhesive labels is has been loaded into the device, the application of adhesive labels will be simplified. Each label will be placed in exactly the same place on each bottle. Simply put the cylindrical container into place and operate the crank to automatically separate the protective liner from the label before sticking the label onto the surface directly.
In order to setup this crank-operated label applicator, load the roll of labels onto the device’s hub and place the flaps on either side of the roll. The crank will need to be attached to the drive roller of the dispenser/label applicator. Then bring the liner into the liner recovery system located under the roller before activating the crank handle. Place the cylindrical container on the bottle labelling device so as to apply the first label onto a vial or other container. The middle screw must be positioned at the reference point between label changes so as to know when it will be necessary to change the container.
This device for labelling bottles is very easy to use. Once the roll of labels has been loaded in place, the marker screw must be adjusted so as to know when to place a new bottle, vial or other container to apply the labels onto. Once this adjustment is done, labels can quickly be applied to bottles.
