The DTB26S crank-operated label dispenser is designed for the application of labels on bottle and jars, specifically for small artisanal productions.

Mostly used by brewers who label their beer bottles, or beekeepers wishing to apply labels onto their honey jars, this cylindrical container labelling solution will not only save time but also allows for a professional finish in terms of labelling.

This device is also widely used by winegrowers and artisanal cider makers to ensure neatness and the consistent application of labels onto bottles. Once the roll of labels is loaded into the device, it is then very easy to always apply the label in the same place on the bottle resulting in a more professional finish.

Just like with our LAB01 the labels are applied neatly without bubbles or folds, which gives the finished products a very professional appearance and considerably increases time savings when applying adhesive labels.

Once the roll of labels has been loaded into the device, the application of labels will be simplified. Each label will be placed in exactly the same place on each bottle. Simply put the cylindrical container into place and operate the crank to automatically separate the protective liner from the label before sticking the label onto the surface directly.
