Double-sided 1.2mm high performance grey acrylic foam

This double-sided acrylic tape has the ability to adhere to many materials with medium surface energy, such as metals, plastics and even wood.

Its high resistance to chemicals, mechanical stress and weathering (hot, cold, UV) makes it the ideal choice for outdoor mounting, even on rough surfaces.

Application conditions

•         Before applying this product, make sure the surface is clean and free of grease and dust
•         The application temperature should be between 18°C and 25°C
•         Do not touch the exposed adhesive surface of the tape before application
•         This acrylic adhesive is pressure sensitive and must be applied with optimum force to achieve maximum adhesion
•         Maximum performance is reached after 72 hours at 23°C

Storage conditions

•         It is imperative to store this double-sided acrylic foam in a clean, dry and well ventilated place
•         The ideal storage temperature is between 10 °C and 30 °C

The shelf life is at least 24 months in these conditions

Because it is made exclusively of viscoelastic acrylic foam, this adhesive has a high resistance to mechanical and chemical damage and ageing.

Mechanical resistance:

•         Resistant to cleavage (tearing)
•         Resistant to plane and anti-plane shear

Because of its excellent UV, solvent and weather resistance, this double-sided acrylic adhesive is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Which dispensers are compatible?

Two DERFI dispensers are compatible with the DJUMBO M1191:
