Label Roll Unwinder

UWR is a series of self-adhesive label unwinders designed for industrial use. They are robust, fully constructed from steel, and feature a large support base for stable connection to a printer.

Max label widths: 140mm or 230mm

Compatible with various printers on the market: Epson, VIP, Color, Primera, etc.

To be combined with the RWR rewinders.

Description

The unwinders are available in two versions: 140 mm and 230 mm in width.

Thanks to an adjustable spindle, they can accommodate a range of internal roll cores from 40 mm to 110 mm and rewind reels with a maximum outer diameter of 300 mm.

An innovative position detection system for the tensioning group allows the unit to adjust perfectly to the printer’s speed, preventing interruptions and paper breaks.

You can choose to unwind in either the clockwise or counterclockwise direction and set the desired maximum speed.

The device can be powered by standard 230 V or, upon request, 115 V, without the need for a separate power unit.

Additionally, a microprocessor-controlled board automatically stops the motor rotation in case of end of roll or paper breakage and signals any anomalies with an audible alarm.
