The sensitive photoelectric sensor is a core feature of the machine: it captures the image of the ribbon moving past it to identify where one label ends and the next begins. The automatic cold cutting machine is specifically designed for label cutting. It performs only straight cuts with a maximum cutting width of 110 mm and a cutting length range from 1 mm to 300 meters.
With a cutting capacity of approximately 120 to 140 times per minute for 50 mm long cuts, this machine is equipped with a sensor and an antistatic device to prevent static electricity buildup, thereby avoiding labels from sticking to the knife after cutting.

Use of the TBC50-S Automatic Label Cutting Dispenser
a) Starting Up and Loading the Roll
Connect the TBC50-S label cutting dispenser to the power supply before turning it on.
Next, install the roll: place it on the metal bar, with the ribbon coming into the machine from the top. The label film should be positioned between the two guides on the device, and the knobs should be tightened.
You will then need to make adjustments to ensure that the machine cuts each label correctly: use the button dedicated to detecting the color difference between the label and the liner. Then, adjust the height of the detection cell and pair it with the cutting location.
At this point, you can define the number of labels to cut, as well as the length (from 1 mm to 300 m) and speed.
Finally, simply press START to begin the unwinding process. In the event of material exhaustion, the machine will stop automatically. However, all previously defined parameters will be retained in memory upon restarting.
b) Features of the TBC50-S Automatic Label Cutting Machine
The TBC50-S machine facilitates cold cutting of labels. This is achieved through its photoelectric sensor, which determines the precise area for cutting, along with a cutting blade made of HSS steel. Additionally, an antistatic device prevents labels from sticking to the knife after cutting.
