This non-woven double-sided tape is coated with an acrylic adhesive compound, which provides an immediate and powerful tack to stick on any type of surface.
Its structure is made of non-woven cotton, an economical and very thin base that has the added advantage of being easily conformable.
It is the ideal double-sided tape for light and durable assemblies, especially when using cardboard and laminated cardboard.
Application conditions
Like all our tapes, this double-sided non-woven cotton tape is compatible with DERFI automatic and manual dispensers.
- The ideal application temperature is between 10 °C and 40 °C
- Ensure that the surface is clean and free of dust or grease
- Do not touch the adhesive surfaces
- Apply strong pressure for optimal bonding
- Maximum performance is achieved after 24 hours at 23°C
Storage conditions
- Store this product in a clean, ventilated and dry place
- Ideal storage conditions: 21°C and 50% humidity
· The shelf life under these conditions is at least 24 months

Use in POS
This type of adhesive tape is also used a lot in POS. This enables the mounting of small magnets onto cardboard bases. These magnets are usually sold in rolls, made by laminating a non-woven double-sided tape on a magnetic strip.
