The first advantage of Labelmoto electronic label dispenser is its ability to automatically deliver labels while separating them from the liner. This considerably reduces the operator’s workload. Once the device is in operation, the operator will simply have to retrieve the labels. In addition, tables and workshop benches will remain clean thanks to the automatic recovery system for the liner strip. Indeed, a roller is directly provided on the device to create a separate coil with the liner.
The LD3000 also offers a wide range of choices in label presentation. Indeed, the photoelectric detection cell is positioned on an adjustable axis allowing the industrial operator to precisely define the output of his self-adhesive labels. In addition, the user of the electric dispenser will be able to retrieve self-adhesive labels of various sizes, between 6 mm and 76 mm, using the same detection cell located at the distribution surface. This one then detects the recovery and detachment of the label and orders the distribution of a new label after the previous one has been recovered.
This automation is a crucial asset for the industrial operator who is offered a considerable time saving within his activity.
In addition, the LD3000 is an extremely compact label dispenser. It was created on the model of the other products in its range, only in smaller dimensions, in order to satisfy the operator who has very little space on his work surface.
Another special feature of this label dispenser resides in its dispensing speed. The Labelmoto LD3000 demonstrates a label output of 56 millimeters per second. The device is therefore perfectly suited for intensive industrial production.
As mentioned above, the automatic label dispenser is a robust device. It is made entirely of anodized aluminum steel, and is therefore very resistant, and will require virtually no maintenance.
The LD3000 also distinguishes itself through its capacity to accommodate coils of various sizes. Thus this reel can accommodate reels from 6 to 57 millimetres wide and with an external diameter not exceeding 152 mm. The size of the reel is 76 millimetres.
The LD3000 also has an adjustable brake brush that adjusts the roll output resistance and controls the roll pressure. This brake is located at the level of the distribution axis and then stresses the distance between the brush and the discharge conveyor. The Motorcycle Label is also equipped with a high torque motor, in order to support all types of rolls.
The LD3000 Label Dispenser is therefore the ideal instrument for the operator whose mission requires the fast and automatic collection of labels.
Using this automatic industrial label dispenser
Once installed, the Labelmoto is very easy to use. First, set the ON / OFF switch to ON. A first label will be dispensed. Take this first label. A new sticker will then be automatically released.
Starting-up the labeler and loading up a new roll
First, connect the unit to a power supply. Then place the roll around the hub so that it unwinds from the top of the roll. Then attach the black stabiliser cover to frame the roll, and start unrolling thetape. Grasp the head of the tape and guide it through the labelling surface under the brake brush. Pull a long strip of liner alone, and pass it under the distribution surface and position it on the liner recovery roller. Wrap the liner around the roller and lock the position by sliding the metal locking rod on the recovery roller. Then support the label film with the small black handle above the brush with a slight swivel. Finally, adjust the pressure of the dispensing according to the weight of the roll. To do this, grasp and turn the metal knob on the distribution axis. The user can also easily adjust the position of the photoelectric sensor according to the length of the labels to be recovered. The electric label dispenser is then ready for use.
Labeler cleaning & maintenance
This device is very resistant and does not require much maintenance and cleaning. Simply clean the dust off regularly according to the intensity of use of the LD3000 by means of a dry cloth.
