This DERFI articulated support and RT7700 assembly allows the unwinding of adhesive tapes to length. The articulated support is fully adjustable to position the machine as efficiently as possible. The height adjustment will allow the machine to be adapted to the size of the industrial operator or the tape to be unwound by our automatic tape dispenser. The machine can then be positioned on the sides to best fit the packing station where the logistics operator can perform the closing of boxes and cartons.

 

The tape cutting machine can also be rotated from front to back to present the tape vertically or to adapt perfectly to the configuration of the packaging station.

This support manufactured by DERFI adapts perfectly to the most common adhesive dispensers marketed by DERFI, such as the automatic tape cutting machine or adhesive tape dispensers.

 

The use of the support will allow the machine to be placed directly at the right height and inclination depending on the operation that will use the DERFI automatic dispenser and on the use that it will make of the adhesive tape.

 

Depending on the use of the adhesive the articulated support for automatic tape dispensers will allow to optimize the closing of boxes and cartons, especially in packing stations and logistic centres. It will be possible to position the tape dispenser so that the tape arrives directly at the carton location to facilitate its closure.

 

The use of an RT7000 or ZCM1000 on its stand will eliminate the need for handle dispensers such as the T30RAB, reducing Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSD) and providing a safe cutting system.

The use of the DERFI holder allows for the precise positioning of the tape dispenser according to the scheduling of the industrial operator’s workstation or packaging station.

 

The tape will be presented in the most convenient way for the operator to retrieve the cut-to-length tape. The holder will be fixed to the workbench or work surface from the first use. Afterwards, the machine can be removed without tools by the operator to carry out maintenance and cleaning operations on the automatic tape dispenser. DERFI also offers maintenance and servicing of all the dispensers it sells.

 

The use of the articulated support for our adhesive cutting solutions will allow the operator to reduce the movements to be made by the operator. This will allow for continuous optimisation and improvement of the operator’s workstation and subsequently save time and productivity.

Maintenance and cleaning of the feeder

The DERFI articulated support does not require any particular maintenance. It should only be cleaned when the operator feels the need. Only the automatic tape dispenser needs to be maintained.

 

Replacement of parts

DERFI offers a constant follow-up of the automatic dispensers, and supplies each of the spare parts that make up the machine.
